12 oz macaroni pasta
20 oz boneless chicken, cubed
4 tbsp butter
1 finely chopped onion
2-3 minced garlic cloves
1 diced red bell pepper
1 broccoli head in florets
2.6 oz wheat flour
32 oz chicken broth
32 oz milk
8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
Ground spices: turmeric, chili, garlic (coarsely ground)
Fresh basil leaves
Black pepper
Sea salt
Preparation
Cook pasta, then set aside
Season chicken cubes with salt and pepper, then marinate for 10 minutes
Melt 1 tbsp butter in a large pot, cook chicken until done, then set aside
