Lease Options for the 2018 Chevy Traverse

On January 9, 2017, General Motors showcased the all-new Chevy Traverse at the North American International Auto Show in Detroit. The 2018 model, debuting in summer 2017, replaced the previous version, offering enhanced design and features. Securing lease deals on this fresh model can be challenging due to its recent release and higher price point. Initially launched in North America, plans include expanding sales to select South American and Middle Eastern markets, where lease interest may grow.

The redesigned Traverse departs from its rounded shape, resembling the Chevrolet Tahoe more closely. Marketed as a midsize SUV, the model features a more rugged appearance, borrowing elements from the mid-sized Acadia. Key updates include a new front grille similar to the Equinox and redesigned rear lights. Slightly larger than its predecessor, it boasts an extra 2 inches in wheelbase and 0.7 inches in length.

The vehicle is lighter by 111 pounds, with a total weight of approximately 4,362 pounds. It maintains seating for 7 or 8 passengers, with five available trim levels: High Country, Premier, L, LS, and LT. Except for the L trim, all options offer both AWD and FWD configurations. Appearance packages, like the Redline Edition for the Premier and RS trim for the LT, add sporty touches to the lineup.
