1. Grape Jell-O and Cream Cheese Mousse

Ingredients: Grape Jell-O (or your preferred flavor) 1 packet, Softened cream cheese 120g, Boiling water 1 cup, Ice cubes 2 cups

Steps: Dissolve the Jell-O in boiling water, stirring constantly. Add ice cubes and stir until thickened. Remove unmelted cubes. Beat cream cheese until smooth, mix in some Jell-O, then combine with the remaining Jell-O until fluffy. Pour into molds and chill until set.

2. Cream Cheese Jell-O Squares

Crust ingredients: Flour 1 ½ cups, Brown sugar ½ cup, Butter 150g, Chopped nuts (preferably walnuts) 1 cup

Filling ingredients: Raspberry Jell-O, Hot water 1 cup, Heavy cream 2 cups, Cream cheese 1 package, Sugar ¾ cup

Topping: Lime Jell-O 1 large package, Hot water 3 cups

Preparation: Preheat oven to 190°C. Mix butter and sugar, add flour and nuts, press into a baking dish, and bake for 10-12 minutes. Whip cream until firm. Dissolve raspberry Jell-O in hot water; cool. Blend cream cheese and sugar, fold in whipped cream, then combine with cooled Jell-O. Pour into the crust and chill.
